Okie MMJ Doctor is a patient coordination and telehealth scheduling service that connects Oklahoma residents with licensed Oklahoma physicians for the purpose of obtaining a medical marijuana recommendation in compliance with Oklahoma state law and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA).
Our services include:
- Facilitating online and in-person physician consultations for OMMA medical card recommendations
- Collecting and transmitting patient intake information to licensed Oklahoma physicians
- Providing OMMA application guidance and renewal reminders
- Offering educational resources about Oklahoma’s medical marijuana program
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Be a current resident of the State of Oklahoma
- Have a valid, government-issued photo ID
- Have a qualifying medical condition as defined by Oklahoma law, or be seeking physician evaluation for such a condition
Patients under 18 may qualify with parental or legal guardian consent and a designated caregiver. Please contact us for guidance.

5. Patient Consent & Data Sharing
By submitting your information through this Site, you explicitly consent to the following:
- Your personal and medical intake information will be shared with a licensed physician in Oklahoma for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for an OMMA medical marijuana recommendation.
- Okie MMJ Doctor may contact you via phone, email, or SMS with appointment confirmations, renewal reminders, and OMMA-related updates.
- You may receive promotional communications from Okie MMJ Doctor. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at clinic@okiemmjdoctor.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication.
- Your information will NOT be sold or shared with unrelated third parties without your explicit consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees & Payment
Service fees are clearly displayed prior to appointment scheduling. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount for the coordination and scheduling services provided.
All fees are due at the time of scheduling. Accepted payment methods are listed on the scheduling page. Fees are non-refundable except as covered by our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 4).
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use this Site or our services to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading personal or medical information
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to obtain an OMMA recommendation through fraudulent means
- Interfere with the security or operation of our Site
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
- Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Okie MMJ Doctor in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
